Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support elementary students with diverse communication needs in the Mount Wolf and Manchester, PA area during the 2026–2027 school year.

Provide speech-language assessments and therapy services to elementary students across general and specialized education settings, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support AAC and other communication

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania SLP license.
• Active PDE SLP PK-12 Certification.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language assessments and therapy services to elementary students across settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication and educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support AAC and other communication supports.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

Pennsylvania SLP license

PDE SLP PK-12 Certification

School-based experience preferred
