Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans and Emergency Healthcare Plans.
• Provide support to students with personal cares as needed.
• Observe and document students' academic and social behaviors.
• Regular data collection of student progress on goals and objectives.
• Use iPads and devices for communication with non-verbal students.
• Provide de-escalation support and, if needed, restrictive procedures (training provided).
• Supervise students in various settings before, during, and after school hours.
• Build strong relationships with children from diverse backgrounds.
