• Assist with IEP implementation under the SPED Teacher's guidance.
• Support instruction in various subjects; adapt materials for diverse needs.
• Maintain a positive, orderly classroom and promote respectful behavior.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students.
• Observe and document student progress; relay feedback to the SPED Teacher.
• Collaborate with SPED, general education teachers and support staff.
• Encourage student social interactions and friendships.
• Prepare and organize instructional materials and equipment.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
