Job summary

Poudre School District is seeking a dedicated educator for the 2026-27 school year in the Multi-Categorical program at Olander Elementary School. The position is 100% time with a 188-day work calendar, offering comprehensive benefits and a salary per the Licensed Educator Salary Schedule.

The teacher will plan and deliver instruction aligned with district and state standards, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with staff, families, and outside agencies to optimize student outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with proper teaching licensure.
Colorado teaching license with appropriate endorsements.
CPI certification within 3 months of hire.
Criminal background check required for hire.

Responsibilities

Develop, plan, prepare, and implement course content, materials, and schedules.
Instruct students across curriculum in large, small, and 1:1 settings.
Organize staff/paraprofessional schedules and master schedule.
Supervise and direct special education paraprofessionals.
Foster a classroom environment that supports learning and wellbeing.
