Qualificações

• Maryland State certification or eligibility required.
• Eligible for hire by Baltimore City Public Schools.
• Two years of teaching experience in a public school preferred.
• Passion for working with historically resilient communities.
• Experience teaching in a predominantly African American environment preferred.

• Ignite a passion for learning and help students master essential academic and social-emotional skills.
• Plan, implement, and reflect on instruction to prepare students for success in school and life.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, interventionists, and the Principal to foster a culture of excellence.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and use data-driven assessments to guide planning.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support student success.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
