Job summary

The Addison Central School District is seeking an engaging and student-centered Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications

The Addison Central School District is seeking an engaging and student-centered candidate to join our team in the role of full-timeElementary Special Education Teacher. This position is for the 2026-2027school year. The successful candidate must:

In addition to the above qualities the successful candidate will need the following:

• NYSED Special Education Certification, Students with Disabilities birth-grade 2, grades 1-6, all grades, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs, creating goals and monitoring the progress of the goals through intensive intervention and data collection.
• Knowledge of student disabilities and aligned strategies to support the various disabilities.
