Qualifications

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop individualized and small-group instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals.
Support students in building reading, writing, mathematics, and other academic skills.
Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with the educational team.
Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust instruction based on individual needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers to provide appropriate accommodations, modifications, and classroom support.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely student records.
Communicate regularly with families and school staff regarding student progress.
Create a structured, supportive learning environment that encourages student independence and engagement.
