Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks a compassionate Support Staff/Instructional Assistant to support elementary students at Thomas Jefferson Elementary.

Under the teacher's guidance, you will help with organizational tasks and academic activities. The role emphasizes assisting with behavioral support, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating with related service providers (OT, PT, Speech) to support IEP goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred with 2 years of college desirable.
• Computer proficiency is preferred.
• Experience with elementary-aged students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with organizational skills
• Assist students (under direction of teacher) with academic content
• Assist teacher promoting positive behavioral support
• Ability to work with other assigned related service providers (OT, PT, Speech) for services within the IEP
