Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment.
• Experience: Successful prior special education teaching experience in Elementary School.
• Desired Qualifications: Master's Degree in education or Special Education; minimum 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements IEPs with appropriate accommodations and modifications.
• Collaborates with teachers to adapt curriculum for students with IEPs.
• Conducts assessments, documents progress and data for reporting.
• Maintains accurate records and coordinates with families and staff.
• Communicates effectively with parents and stakeholders.
• Supports behavior management and inclusive classroom practices.
