• High School Diploma or GED required; some college optional.

Responsibilities

• Support the School’s Foundational Statements and mission through word and deed.
• Join in expanding understanding of best practices for engaging all learners to God's glory.
• Integrate Biblical principles and Scripture into daily activities.
• Minister to students through prayer, encouragement, and wise counsel.
• Provide caring, differentiated assistance to differently abled students in various settings.
• Assist with modification of activities and implementation of individualized plans.
• Follow instructions and lesson plans given by ESS and teachers for students' needs.
• Encourage team communication and log observations to inform practice.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain professional conduct with students, parents and staff.
