Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.
• Maine Licensure (LCSW) and CHRC authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and interventions to students, including individual and group counseling sessions, as well as crisis response.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, service providers, parents, and administrators to address student needs.
• Assist school and district teams with social-emotional learning, behavior intervention planning, and attendance improvement efforts.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district policies and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering data-informed feedback to support the development of appropriate goals.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring to track student growth and inform service adjustments.
