Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC is seeking coaches for after-school programs across Bay Area elementary schools. Sessions run Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with each class lasting about one hour and optional extra 30 minutes of pre-care.

Pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided. Candidates must be 19+ years old, live locally, and be available for in-person work; training/shadowing is required before starting, with reliable transportation and a TB test/Live Scan background

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old at application.
• Candidates must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Take attendance, sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
