Job summary

Work on-site at a single elementary location, collaborating with experienced SLPs and teachers to implement IEP goals and deliver direct services. Credentialing steps such as fingerprinting clearance and TCN submission are required for

Qualifications

• Missouri SLPA license required and current.
• Experience in a school setting, especially with elementary students, is valued.
• Must work on-site with a 37.5-hour weekly schedule.
• Comfortable collaborating with educators and attending IEP meetings.
• Fingerprinting clearance and timely submission of TCN, plus completing contractor forms.

Responsibilities

• Support students' speech and language development as directed by supervising SLPs.
• Implement IEP goals for communication needs.
• Provide direct group and one-on-one interventions in an elementary setting.
• Collect progress data and maintain service records.
• Communicate with staff and families to support student success.
