Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join an elementary school team in Redding, California for the current school year. The SLPA will provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and support an elementary caseload.

Start date is ASAP and compensation is competitive at $40–$45 per hour on a full-time basis, with collaboration with SLPs, teachers, and school staff to implement individualized

Qualifications

• Active California SLPA license/credential.
• SLPA experience preferred.
• School-based experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language services to students under supervision of an SLP.
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers and school staff to support students.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Track student progress and maintain documentation.
• Work with an elementary caseload within a school team.
