Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a TK–5 caseload in a school-based setting, collaborating with a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver targeted services. The role requires an active California SLPA license, at least 3 months of SLPA experience, and strong communication. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus; duties include documenting progress, coordinating with teachers and families, and adhering to state and district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active California SLPA license.
• Minimum of 3 months of SLPA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Support students with a variety of communication needs in an elementary school setting.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in team meetings and consultations as needed.
• Follow all state and district regulations regarding SLPA practice.
