Job summary

Soliant is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to serve elementary-aged students near Mansfield, TX for the 2026-2027 school year. The contract runs from early September 2026 to late May 2027, with 20 hours per week of direct therapy and assessments.

You will collaborate with teachers and families, maintain progress records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed while adhering to state guidelines. Active Texas SLP licensure and CCC are required; fingerprinting may apply.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP licensure is required.
• Experience in a school setting and with direct therapy preferred.
• Must complete Texas fingerprinting promptly if not already cleared.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week throughout the academic year.
• CCC required; supervision for CFs is not available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with service plans.
• Deliver individualized and small group therapy sessions to support communication goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to tailor strategies for student success.
• Keep accurate records of progress and contribute to IEP meetings as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state, district, and ethical guidelines at all times.
