Path2Staff Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) for a full-time elementary school assignment in the Greater Houston area.

This in-person role offers SLP-A collaboration, IEP development, ARD/IEP participation, and a supportive team to ensure high-quality services to students.

Texas licensure required; CCC-SLP or CF welcomed with supervision provided; strong communication and organization a must.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Texas SLP license.
• CCC-SLP or CF encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, student-centered professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services.
• Develop IEP goals and complete required documentation.
• Attend ARD/IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Work with campus SLP-A to support student services.
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
