Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a school-based setting. The role involves onsite and teletherapy, with a focus on diverse caseloads and delivering high-quality services.

Ideal candidates hold SLP licensure, have school-based experience, and are familiar with pediatric language development. CFY candidates are welcome, with AAC and teletherapy experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in school settings.
• Familiarity with pediatric therapy and childhood language development.
• CFY welcomed.
• Knowledgeable in AAC devices.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms.
• Team-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to meet student needs.
• Assist, supervise, and collaborate with SLPAs as needed; complete progress reports and documentation.
• Integrate AAC device use into therapy sessions and troubleshoot as required.
• Participate in parent meetings, student evaluations, and multi-disciplinary team planning.
