Soliant is seeking an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for an elementary school near Fernandina Beach, FL. This full-time contract role focuses on direct therapy and collaboration with dedicated staff to support students’ communication skills.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and document progress. CCC-SLP or CFY candidates are welcome, with Florida licensure or eligibility, and prior school experience preferred.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Florida state licensure or eligibility in Florida as an SLP.
• In-person experience working in school settings preferred.
• Open to candidates with CCC-SLP or those in CFY status.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with educators, families, and students.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain clear documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into classroom activities.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
