Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to provide direct, in-person services in an elementary setting near Port Orchard, WA. This full-time contract supports K-12 students with IEP-driven goals and collaborative district staffing.

The role emphasizes on-site evaluation, intervention, progress monitoring, and close collaboration with teachers and district SLPs. Candidates must hold WA SLP license and SLP-CCC, with ESA certification and OSPI fingerprint

Qualifications

• Active Washington State SLP license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification.
• OSPI fingerprint clearance is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
• Experience supporting school-aged children (K-5, with K-12 occasionally).
• Caseload typically 48, may reach 60; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students following IEP requirements.
• Provide assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other SLPs to maximize student outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Support the district SLP in serving the elementary school and broader caseload.
