Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a contract-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support PreK–4 students at an elementary school near Oneonta, AL. This is a full-time, onsite maternity leave cover running January 4 to March 19, 2027, with a diverse caseload of about 50 students and collaborative team environment.

The role requires an active state license, CCC credentials, and educator certification for school-based practice.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required.
• Current Educator Certification for school-based practice.
• Experience with elementary-aged children (PreK-4) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school policies.
• Work as a vital part of the special education team, contributing expertise for student success.
• Deliver engaging individual and small group therapy, targeting student goals.
• Support generalization of skills in classroom and school activities.
