Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an 8-week on-site assignment at an elementary school in Ohio. The role involves delivering evaluations, diagnoses, and evidence-based therapy to support students' communication goals.

Responsibilities include creating individualized IEP-aligned goals, collaborating with teachers and families, and maintaining progress records. The caseload is approximately 35 students with scheduled hours from 9:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility.
• Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience with school-age children, especially in elementary settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and tailor interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized goals and therapy plans aligned with each child's IEP.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain clear records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student growth.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications.
• Promote a positive, supportive environment that encourages participation and success.
