Job summary

Rocketship Public Schools seeks a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary students across its network. You will screen, evaluate, diagnose, and support students in speech, language, articulation, and AAC needs, while aligning services with IEPs and collaboration with families and school teams.

You will work within compliance requirements, monitor progress with data, and contribute to adapted instruction to promote

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Wisconsin license or eligibility to practice.
• Knowledge of speech-language development, assessment, and service delivery in an educational setting.
• Ability to create legally compliant IEPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and service plans.
• Attend IEP meetings; report progress.
• Collaborate with families and school staff to support communication development.
