Job summary

Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a school-based setting. This role collaborates with educators and families to support students’ communication needs in a structured, team-oriented environment.

The SLP will conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, provide direct therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication, and participate in IEP meetings with progress monitoring and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for working with school-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for students
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
• Maintain timely electronic documentation and manage caseload effectively
