Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a School Social Worker for a full-time FMLA leave at an elementary partner in St. Charles, IL. The role supports Kindergarten through 5th grade in a general education setting and is onsite.

Responsibilities include providing direct social work services per IEPs, conducting evaluations, documenting, and collaborating with teachers and families. You will participate in IEP meetings to ensure district compliance and student success.

Qualifications

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct social work services and therapy minutes as outlined in students' IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and complete required documentation.
• Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and district requirements.
