AnthroMed Education is seeking a School Social Worker for a full-time FMLA leave at an elementary partner in St. Charles, IL. The role supports Kindergarten through 5th grade in a general education setting and is onsite.

AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate School Social Worker to join one of our elementary school partners in St. Charles, Illinois for a full‑time FMLA leave position. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team supporting Kindergarten through 5th grade students in a general education setting.

Position: School Social Worker

Location: St. Charles, IL

Schedule: Full-Time, 35+ hours per week

Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Assignment Dates: August 10, 2026 – November 5, 2026

Potential overlap with the returning Social Worker to support a smooth transition

Onsite Position
