Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a school-based setting near West Point, GA. The contract runs through May 2027 with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Compensation ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements include GA SLP license, CCC-SLP or CFY status, and collaboration with teachers, families, and staff. Prior school experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY status required.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong collaboration with teachers, staff, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support each child’s needs.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and student support initiatives.
