Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to elementary students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress
• Maintain accurate, timely records for evaluations, progress, and IEP documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and adjust treatment based on student needs and progress; foster a supportive environment for every child
