Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist for a local contract in Brighton, Michigan. You will provide direct therapy to upper elementary students, conduct assessments, and document progress in line with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Michigan SLP license (LARA).
• Experience in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary-aged students.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy and consultation to upper elementary students.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document student progress in line with school and state requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams to support communication and academics.
• Manage a well-balanced elementary caseload while delivering high-quality services.
