Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite role in East Lyme, CT. The position serves elementary students, with a caseload of about 20 and hours from 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM.

The ideal candidate holds CT school psychologist certification/licensure, strong assessment and counseling skills, and school experience. You will collaborate with teachers, families and the IEP team to support academic, behavioral and social‑emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Connecticut School Psychologist certification/licensure required.
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and counseling skills.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with students, families, educators, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and educational evaluations.
• Participate in initial and reevaluation processes.
• Provide individual and/or small-group counseling.
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide consultation and recommendations based on evaluation findings.
