Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Connecticut is seeking a contracted School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite position supports high school students with evaluations and counseling, starting August 24, 2026, with potential to extend through the school year.

You will collaborate with staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team, conducting assessments, writing reports, and participating in PPT meetings.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut school psychology licensure and certification.
• Experience in school-based settings.
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with PPT processes and educational law compliance.
• Excellent communication for working with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate as part of the schools multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Daily support at the high school campus, providing psychological services and student assessments.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and administer various standardized assessments.
• Interpret results, prepare detailed reports, and participate in PPT meetings.
• Consult with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop intervention strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and support educational best practices.
