Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for the 20262027 school year in Northampton, PA. The position supports an elementary population with a focus on psychoeducational evaluations and record reviews.

The ideal candidate will hold PA School Psychologist certification and have experience with assessments, evaluations, and collaboration with educators and families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Active Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification/licensure or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• Strong evaluation, assessment, and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations.
• Complete assessments, interpret results, and prepare written reports.
• Conduct student record reviews.
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
• Provide recommendations based on assessment findings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
