Job summary

Mound Intermediate School Principal position with Miamisburg City Schools in Miamisburg, Ohio seeks an experienced educational leader to supervise and enhance the instructional program for grades 3-5. The role focuses on program development, staff supervision, and alignment with district policies.

You will lead curricular improvements, coordinate personnel issues with central administration, and foster parent involvement while maintaining high standards of student achievement and a safe learning

Qualifications

Bachelor's and Master's Degree in educational administration or related field.
Sixth year/doctorate preferred.
Minimum five years of successful elementary teaching experience.
Administrative experience at the elementary level preferred.
State certification as required; motor vehicle license or access to transportation.

Responsibilities

Develops and administers school programs aligned with district goals.
Leads staff in evaluating and improving curricular and extracurricular programs.
Maintains a safe, supportive learning environment and promotes professional development.
Oversees budget, personnel records, and HR issues in coordination with central office.
Engages parents, communicates effectively with students and families.
