• Prior principal or instructional leadership experience is preferred.
• Five (5) years teaching experience required.

The Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking applicants for the position of Elementary School Principal for Howe Elementary School. This is a full-time, on-site, 12 month permanent position offering a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, as well as a full benefits package, including: health, life, and liability insurance, paid time off, and academic reimbursement, according to the Act 93 Administrator Agreement.

The Elementary School Principal (K-5) is a high-profile, public facing position responsible for providing exceptional leadership, good stewardship of school resources, and fostering high quality educational programs in the furtherance of the district's mission, \"To provide the best education possible for each and every student.\" Under the direction of the Superintendent or their designee, the Elementary School Principal (K-5) leads the day-to-day operations and educational programs of the elementary school, including supervising teachers and other staff, and evaluating and pursuing related programs.

Qualifications
