Job summary

Soliant in New Hampshire seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT in a K-12 environment. This full-time contract role focuses on supporting elementary students with targeted sessions and collaboration with teachers to promote academic and personal success.

You will deliver direct OT services, participate in IEP-driven planning, and interface with families and school staff to implement effective therapy strategies.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist certification required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT desirable.
• Strong background in OT interventions addressing academic and developmental needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students, teachers, and families.
• Ability to plan and deliver individualized therapy sessions in group and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to elementary students in accordance with IEPs.
• Provide direct OT sessions: 2x weekly pull-out for 30 minutes and 1x weekly push-in for 30 minutes (morning slots available).
• Complete documentation, session notes, and progress reports per guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Adapt therapy approaches to facilitate participation and learning in school activities.
