Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Illinois OT license required.
• Prior experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT is valued.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group OT sessions for elementary students.
• Evaluate abilities, develop treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators and parents to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for each student on caseload.
