AHS Staffing is seeking a School Services Occupational Therapist for a local contract in Glendale Heights, Illinois. This role is part-time (1.0FTE) and serves students in one elementary school, with a 41-week duration and 40 hours per week.

Eligible candidates hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and an IL OT license, with prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred. Compensation is $50-$60 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• IL OT license required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred; fieldwork counts.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' motor, sensory, and functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver OT interventions aligned with IEPs to support academic and developmental goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments.
• Contribute to IEP development with insights on motor and sensory needs and accommodations.
