Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 academic year in the Kenosha, WI area. You will support elementary students across two nearby school locations with a typical caseload of 35-45 students and in-person, hands-on services.

You will collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop interventions, complete documentation, and participate in IEP meetings, ensuring alignment with district policies and student goals.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain by the start date).
• Previous experience as an OT in educational or pediatric settings, especially with elementary-age students.
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and IEP development skills.
• Ability to travel between two nearby school locations as needed.
• Effective communication with students, staff, and families; collaborative spirit and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classroom and small group settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals.
• Complete thorough documentation in compliance with school and district policies.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences.
