Responsibilities

• Assists with delivery and storage of food and supplies.
• Measures ingredients and serves correct portions.
• Operates kitchen equipment to prepare meals.
• Keeps kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitary per health rules.
• Reports accidents or hazards to the Head Cook.
• Maintains stock rotation and proper food storage; attends training.
