Leominster Public Schools is seeking a full-time School Nurse for Frances Drake Elementary School in Leominster, MA. The nurse will provide nursing services, health screenings, and maintain required health records within the school setting.

Responsibilities include assessing health needs, administering medications, maintaining health records, and promoting health and wellness among students, staff, and families.

Formación

• Current Massachusetts Nursing License (BSN preferred).
• Three years nursing experience, preferably in a community, public health, or school setting.
• DESE School Nurse Licensure preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing services and health screenings, maintains health records.
• Assesses student health needs and administers medications as needed.
• Maintains comprehensive school health records and reports to state authorities.
• Educates the school community on health practices and wellness.
