Job summary

• Postgraduate Professional License with an endorsement in Administration.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide an instructional program aligned with division goals and standards.
• Lead instructional leadership with classroom supervision and visits.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for students.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and community to support learning.
• Supervise and evaluate personnel and support staff development.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, assignment, and evaluation of staff.
• Organize student registration, scheduling, and master schedule development.
• Promote home-school communication and community involvement.
• Ensure appropriate student discipline at school events.
• Support innovative education programs and division policies.
