Taher, Inc. is hiring an Elementary School Food Service Dishwasher in Lake Crystal, Minnesota. This role is a day-time position with guaranteed hours, no nights or weekends, and provides daily lunch and uniforms.

The pay range is disclosed and the role emphasizes food safety and a clean, safe work environment. Responsibilities include washing dishes and utensils, maintaining sanitary conditions, and assisting the leadership team with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Follow oral and written directions.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able work in standing position for long periods of time.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Follows food safety requirements and guidelines.
• Self-starter that can work independently.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as required either by hand or with dish machine.
• Sweep and mop floors, by hand or with machine as needed.
• Wash tables, walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; maintain clean work environment.
• Assists other team members as needed.
• Be on time.
• Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and comply with department dress code.
• Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
