Job summary

Westminster Public Schools is seeking an ESP - Operations & Maintenance professional to oversee custodial staff at COLORADO STEM ACADEMY. The role reports to the Grounds & Custodial Manager and supports a clean, safe learning environment.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ year of custodial/management experience, with bilingual ability a plus. Typical schedule is 8 hours/day, 260 days/year, at $24.84–$29.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• More than one year of custodial/management experience.
• Experience as a Westminster Public Schools Custodian Trainee is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff by scheduling and assigning tasks, inspecting completed work, and completing evaluations.
• Maintain communications with supervisor and custodial and office staff; attend district custodial meetings and update logs.
• Ensure building safety by opening/closing facilities, checking boilers and safety systems, and performing required professional development.
