• Maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Knowledge of building operations including HVAC, electrical, gas/water controls.

• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and sanitation of facility, grounds, and equipment with safety and efficiency.
• Supervise custodial staff scheduling and contact services with Group Leader and Building Administrator.
• Supervise and evaluate assigned personnel.
• Assist emergency operations personnel as required.
• Conduct weekly inspections of building, grounds, and equipment.
• Coordinate setups and teardowns in a timely manner.
• Remove snow and ice from walkways and play areas.
