Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in School Counseling or related field.
• Minnesota teaching license or five years of teaching experience.
• Excellent communication with families, students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-based counseling activities and assessment.
• Interact with students individually and in groups to support academic and social-emotional growth.
• Maintain student records and collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Confer with families to set priorities for student development and success.
• Administer and interpret district assessments to identify needs.
