• Consult with parents, teachers, administrators, and supporting agencies concerning the needs and abilities of students.
• Collect and review data to develop and inform the school counseling program and evaluate the program’s impact on instructional goals.
• Prepare and submit a variety of reports and data to ensure fulfillment of established program requirements.
• Utilize proactive and responsive counseling, initiating individual and group sessions for students’ academic, social, and personal concerns.
• Consult with families, staff, and community agencies to appraise student needs and interests and to discuss appropriate educational options.
