Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive developmental program of guidance and counseling to assist students in academic achievement, career/educational decision making, and personal and social development.
• Consult with parents, teachers, administrators, and supporting agencies concerning the needs and abilities of students.
• Collect and review data to develop and inform the school counseling program and evaluate its impact on instructional goals.
• Prepare and submit reports and data to ensure program requirements are fulfilled.
• Conduct individual and group counseling addressing educational, career, and social/emotional needs.
