Red Apple Dining, operating within Seminole County Public Schools in Sanford, FL, seeks an assistant manager for an elementary campus restaurant. You will assist in all operations under federal Child Nutrition Programs and communicate with guests while helping lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate brings dining-room experience and a ServSafe certification, with a valid Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in dining service.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or receive certification within six months of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalence or Florida Special Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all operations related to managing a campus restaurant within federal Child Nutrition Programs.
• Lead, develop team members and provide exceptional guest service.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external guests; excel in a progressive team environment.
