Red Apple Dining at Seminole County Public Schools is seeking an assistant manager for a middle school campus restaurant. This role supports overall restaurant operations under federal Child Nutrition guidelines and requires clear communication with guests and staff.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, develop team members, and deliver exceptional guest service, with knowledge of School Breakfast and National School Lunch Programs.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in dining service.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or receive certification within six months of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalence or Florida Special Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in all operations related to managing a campus restaurant.
• Communicate with internal and external guests.
• Lead and develop team members; provide exceptional guest service.
• Understand and support School Breakfast and National School Lunch Programs.
