Job Description

Provide small group instruction to elementary students in reading. Consult with classroom teachers, reading specialist, and Title 1 Director.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted reading instruction to small groups of elementary students.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, reading specialists, and Title 1 Director to plan and assess instruction.
  • Use evidence‑based practices (e.g., F+P, Fundations, DIBELS) to assess student progress and adjust instruction.
  • Maintain accurate instructional records and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. (Bachelor's degree preferred.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant instructional experience with elementary students.
  • Strong background in literacy/reading instruction and assessment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
